In EWB-NL we believe that improving the access to clean, reliable and affordable energy can help not only to tackle climate change, but it is also the key to alleviate poverty and improve living conditions in marginalized and developing communities.
During our project experiences in these communities, such as in Togo with our project Pico Power (https://www.ewbnl.org/picopower/) and in Indonesia (https://www.ewbnl.org/ilijan-buildup/), we realized that the shift towards renewable energy can grant more inclusive and green future to these emerging economies.
Are you working in the field of clean energy? Or do you firmly support the UN SDG #7 Affordable and Clean Energy?
We’re looking for energy experts, organizers, connectors and activists who’d like to play a role in the organization of the EWB-NL Energy Summit 2021.
Every two years, EWB-NL organizes knowledge sharing summits to bring together representatives from various organizations and share ideas and best practices in the Engineering fields related to our strategic portfolios.
In 2021, we want to invite you to discuss together about Energy and about how we can all contribute to the UN SDG #7 on Affordable and Clean Energy.
Our Summits are half-day events including key notes speakers, case study presentations, and workshops.
