Huderes Community Empowerment For Development Co Ltd (HCED) in collaboration with Engineers Without Borders –Netherlands (EWB-NL) will be setting up a CHIA processing factory in Tanzania. The engineering designing aspect of the project will be executed by EWB-NL.
The goal of the project is to set up the factory and also empower the local farmers with knowledge and training to operate the machines after installation. We intend to not only design but create a working environment with empowered individuals/farmers who can sustain the plant operations and contribute to further growth.
