In collaboration with Africa in Motion we organise the EWB Design Lab on the 22nd of September at our office in Rotterdam. During the Design Lab we will work in teams on innovative solutions for the valorisation of corn cobs, which is currently a large waste stream of KUMWE Harvest and Africa Improved Foods, based in Kigali (Rwanda). There are huge opportunities for a circular economy and waste valorisation in Rwanda, the supply chain of corn cobs is one of these opportunities and this specific topic will be addressed during the Design Lab.
